Permits & Opportunity for Appeals

Many permits issued by SWCAA must go through a public comment period. For those that do go through the public comment  period it could be from 15 to 30 days, though it can be extended based on the comments given. After the public comment period is complete comments are responded to and the permit becomes final. Preliminary permits are listed for review, or you can contact SWCAA for more information.

Sample permits for various industrial sources are also provided.

Comments can be mailed to: Southwest Clean Air Agency, 11815 NE 99th Street, Suite 1294, Vancouver, WA 98682-2322
