Provide comment on the draft permit. Comments must be submitted to SWCAA in writing prior to the end of the designated public comment period; or
Request a public hearing for the draft permit. Public hearing requests must be received by SWCAA in writing during the designated public comment period, indicate the interest of the person filing the request, and state why a hearing is warranted. A public hearing will be held if the Control Officer determines that significant public interest exists.
